Arsenal Player Ratings Vs Sheffield United

Arsenal made it seven Premier League wins in a row with a comfortable victory over Sheffield United.

The Gunners totally dominated the first-half and they were five goals to the good by the break.

The second-half, unsurprisingly, did not match the first and Arsenal only scored one more, as Ben White got in on the act to make it 6-0.

The win moved Arsenal to within two points of League leaders Liverpool and one off Manchester City, who are second.

David Raya 6

Another easy night for the Spaniard, who didn’t have a save to make all game.

Ben White 8

Allowed to get forward as much as he wanted due to Arsenal’s dominance. Scored a brilliant goal with his left foot.

William Saliba 6

Spent nearly all the game camped inside Sheffield United’s half, such was Arsenal’s control. Rarely called upon.

Gabriel 6

Like Saliba, this was a comfortable evening’s work for the Brazilian. He will be expecting much more from Ivan Toney on Saturday.

Jakub Kiwior 7

Like White, he was able to overlap a lot. Made the most of it and setup Arsenal’s third goal.

Martin Odegaard 9

Ran the show in midfield. Sheffield United couldn’t lay a glove on the Arsenal captain. Scored his side’s opener.

Jorginho 7

A cruise for the Italian. Given so much time on the ball and was able to dictate the tempo.

Declan Rice 8

Excelled again in an advanced role. Had a big hand in the opening goal and scored Arsenal’s fifth.

Bukayo Saka 8

Terrorised Sheffield United so much early on that Chris Wilder was forced into an early change of system. Claimed two assists before coming off at half-time.

Kai Havertz 9

A goal and assist for the German, who is continuing to silence his critics. Took his goal really well and his assist for White was excellent too.

Gabriel Martinelli 8

Looked electric from the very start. Finished the game with a goal and assist, but it could have been more. Hobbled off with just under 30 minutes to go.
