England Under-21s got their Euro 2023 finals campaign off to the perfect start vs Czech Republic with a 2-0 victory in Georgia.

Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey put the Young Lions 1-0 ahead moments after the interval, prior to Arsenal substitute Emile Smith Rowe adding a second strike in stoppage time to seal the triumph for Lee Carsley’s side.
